The Nukkekoti is located on a beautiful spot on the shore of lake Pieksäjärvi. Originally, this spot had a villa built by the owner of Moisio manor in 1921, which was destroyed by a fire in 1926. Only the yard's root cellar survived the conflagration. The present house was built in 1936.
