Maintenance of the site “Meidan Pieksamaki” will remove all objectionable material as quickly as possible. Therefore you understand, that the site's messages and images are the users' opinions and views, and liability of the maintenance can be imposed.
By default, you do not have the right to add pictures to the gallery, you’ll get the rights to add photos by registering to the site. Administrators review your photos before publication, therefore send your best picture than couple of worse pictures.
Add to photo information: the photographer's name, a description of the time and place and happening.
To prevent copyright infringement, you can only publish pictures taken by yourself. If you notice any inappropriate or infringing material at the site, please report it immediately to administration.
By default, City Of Pieksamaki has the right to use the site posted pictures to a non-commercial purposes, but if you want to retain full ownership to your submitted pictures, add your name to the picture. In this case, Pieksamaki borough does not use the pictures from “Meidan Pieksamaki” picture gallery in addition to other purposes.
Understand, that even if you keep ownership by yourself, images can not be protected technically against misuse, copying or use elsewhere without permission. Fill out the contact details of your username carefully, if you want to sell your photos through the site ahead, title to which you want to keep to yourself.
You agree not to post any illegal, improper, or other intellectual property rights in violation of a material. You agree that the webmaster, administrator has the right to remove any materials on site should they see fit. As a user you agree to any information stored in the database. Information isn’t transmitted to third parties without your permission, but the maintenance is not responsible for any intrusions. “Meidan Pieksamaki” is a non-commercial site and is not responsible for the maintenance and preservation of data, images, backup and service performance.
