A hotel in the midst of a beautiful park area in the centre of Pieksämäki on the shores of lake Pieksäjärvi. 98 rooms accommodate 230 guests. Lomapirtti, a member of the Lomakotien liitto association, on the shores of lake Vangasjärvi about 4 km from the centre of Pieksämäki, offers three accommodation buildings with a total of 12 roomy hotel quality loft rooms. These can house up to 60 people. Two saunas. The 120 seat hall serves as a conference space and restaurant (by prior arrangement, full liquor license). The 20 seat cabinet can serve as a dining, meeting and teamwork space. Smaller meeting rooms are also available. Groups may order treatments such as facial care, colour analysis, manicure, pedicure, body care and traditional massage. A calm and cosy location for celebrations and meetings. Paltasen kyläyhdistys ry (the Paltanen village association) rents out the fully renovated Paltasen Pysäkki for meetings and celebrations. About 17 km from Pieksämäki towards Jyväskylä, the rooms accommodate 10-50 people and offer a fully equipped kitchen, wheelchair accessible wc and a composting outhouse.
Prices: Small conference room (18 m²) + kitchen (12 m²) = € 10 per session (3 h)
Small conference room + kitchen + ballroom (58 m²) = € 30 (under 4 h) and € 60 (over 4 h). Reduced rates for members.
